Hello members,

I have been following the forum for quite a while now and decided to switch from e63 to e60 LCI. I am making significant changes to the car, therefore your opinion would be helpful.

Mods I have done so far:
* Color change. The color was changed from deep sea blue to customized carbonschwarz metallic. Added extra black + sparkly 'diamonds' for deeper and shinier look.
* M-pack, keeping the new LCI PDC sensors.
* Led Markers (10w)
* HUD. Was considering adding a full color HUD from f10, but it was just too complicated.

Mods will be done in the next two months:
* CIC + Combox
* SAT + m wheel + pedals
* Alcantara headliner
* Logic 7
* Soft close
* Distronic
* Remap

Need advice on:
* Night vision - is it worth it? had it in e63, but used it twice just to basically show off.
* Lane departure warning - never had it, but strongly doubt if it is actually a useful feature to have.
* Rear m spoiler - cool/not cool?
* Comfort access - quite a bit of work to be done. The price is around 1k euro. Probably not worth it?
* New interior. I was looking for the tobacco brown comfort seats, but it looks like they were never made for the e60 as an option. What color would you recommend to go with black alcantara headliner and black-blue exterior?
* Cluster. Should I go for the pinguhk's mode and change the led's to white, or should I go with AC Snitcher cluster?
* Rims. Here is the tricky part. I want to have EOM rims on, probably 19". Was thinking about Style 172's or the new f10 m5 ones, but not sure (attached at the end).

Anything else cool to add?

New paint. Sorry for the shitty quality, was -27 at that time and had no good camera on me.

Wow, you have a very ambitious list of mods. I too can't wait for the updates and pictures. As far as the spoiler, some prefer a sportier acs or rdsport one, but I love my OEM M5 spoiler. Very subtle and classy.

Thanks a lot guys! Wheels are coming in less than two weeks. Will shoot some pictures once they arrive. Was not sure if to go with Style 172's or these, but now it's done.

What are your thoughts on my other doubtful mods? Are these any worth doing?
* Night vision
* Lane departure warning
* Comfort access (1k euro retrofit price)
* Interior color
* Cluster

Any other cool stuff you have that is really worth doing?

Id just go with some nice mods like what ive done to mine. I got the boot style trunk spoiler, LED angel eyes, blacked out grills and magnaflow exhaust. If you wanna go a bit bigger go with the quad exhaust

It's a diesel, therefore I doubt if exhaust is any fun, having in mind the engine sound itself.
I have painted my grills, will send a picture in a week once back from France.
