E60 with M5 kit?
#1
Hello Everyone,
I am looking to see if you anyone can post pics of Non M5's that look like M5's..does that make sense?
I am looking to pick up a 5 series but want the look of the M5.
Just wondering if anyone has done this?
The reaason I want the 5 series over the M5 is that I am looking for an auto.
Thanks in advance

You should do some searching, but here are some options.
There are quite a lot M5 lookalikes around, that look exactly the same as M5's, but most of cars that look about the same as M5 are equipped with mtech body kit (or aftermarket replicas).
The mtech body kit is the easiest way to make the e60 look sportier and get it less or more to look like an M5. The difference between the real M5 body parts and the mtech kit are the slightly different front bumper, no fog lights in M5, wider front fenders with grilles in M5, different rear bumper/rear diffuser and bigger tyre size of M5.
There are also aftermarket replicas available, and for example there are front bumpers like in M5 that will fit with the stock front fenders of a non-M5 car.
There are sooo many options that you really should do some researching, but if you want the car look EXACTLY like a M5, I'd go with the OEM M5 body parts.
