that looks pretty good. If you have a good body shop knows whats he doing it should be fit perfectly..

I agree the oem M5 is neat sharp and beautiful but for the reference for others Rieger might not be the M5 bumper but it s the best fitting aftermarket products and quality in the global with Ac-schnitzer.But again
if the fenders not really needed the choice should be Oem M5 bumper cover.

So still it's not clear to me if you can fit the M5 bumper on regular E60 or not?? If the bumper from M5 is wider there is no way that any body shop will fit that bumper. Quad_M what kind of return policy do you have if the M5 bumper won't fit??? Do you have any other pictures of the Rieger front bumper??

I bought the same OEM M5 bumper for $386.00 with my dealer 20% discount from my local BMW shop. So if
you know anyone that owns a new or used car Dealership or bodyshop, have them call for you.

When I was deciding which body shop to use to paint and install the M-tech body kit, I spoke with the owner of Phil Thearles Autowerks in Santee, CA. Initially, he was confused about my request. He thought I wanted to put the e39 M5 front bumper on a e39 540i. He told me that it was difficult to do, but nontheless it could be done and was done for a few e39 owners. I explained that it was M-tech body kit for e60. Now, my assumption is that the e39 M5 front bumpers are also wider than the standard e39 front bumpers. So, based on what I have heard it is very possible to fit a e60 front bumper to standard fenders but it would require a lot of work. Just my two cents...

those are the only official pictures of this new kit released 2 months ago.
I really wonder whats the "mm" difference between the m5 and the e60 fenders.
but if you can find a good body shop in the business for a long time they know how to get around
and fit in the bumper properly. they heat the corners,shave the extra corners and trim etc.
BUT it might be Safer to buy the fenders to accomodiate perfectly.
ps:Return policy only covers the BMW warranty. not for the bumper bought for modifications.
