Default E60 535i modified with all-aluminum alloy turbocharger pipe

The boost hose is connected to another boost hose via a flexible, bent hose. This hose might flatten during turbocharging, affecting boost pressure. Therefore, I'm considering replacing it with a modified all-aluminum boost hose. But what will be the impact of replacing the original flexible hose with a rigid aluminum alloy hose?
Will it be impossible to install?
My concern is whether the original manufacturer intentionally designed the curved connecting pipe to be flexible. What if it were replaced with a rigid pipe?

My concern is the extra force it will push into the intake manifold and the intercooler as the engine rocks back and forth.
