Hi all,

I looked through the picture gallery and saw many of the mates here have the inserts removed or rather pushed inwards.

Mine is block with the rectangular cut out.

Do I push it in or pry it out?

And what does it help or not help?

Guess its standard in the USA. Let me pry it off and be one of the first to show case this in my country =)
