Hi, i have a 2006 e60 520d m sport with the single oval tailpipe, i want to have a few inches cut off the oem oval exhaust and then clamp/weld a twin tail pipe on to it, all the shops around here are telling me theyre not sure they can do it etc, but im sure people on here have had it done, could some one please tell me what size i need the inlet on the new 1 in 2 out exhaust trim? i.e. the diameter of the oem tail pipe when the oval end has been cut off, also i wouldn't need to cut my rear bumper to fit the twin tail pipe would i? Thanks for your help.

Hi, thanks for the reply speed force, i have seen the ACS 1 in 2 out tailpipe, but i dont really like it, it only looks good IMO when you have one on either side, so it looks like a quad setup. I would prefer to have a tailpipe that appears to have 2 seperate exhausts, whereas the ACS looks like one big exhaust with 2 smaller ones inside lol. Thanks anyway.
