e60 2006 530d error

Hi my e60 530d 2006 is not running as it suppose to be and when i plugged the diagnose the error message came P14A7 ( DIESEL PARTICLE FILTER FLOW TO HIGH) any idea of what's the problem?

Have you removed your DPF (diesel particulate filter)? Your error message refers to something like that.

I know a clogged DPF will cause problems like you described, but that error message means the opposite to clogged.

How about a leak somewhere in the exhaust system, in that case a lack of back-pressure would be detected (and the car assuming it's coming from the DPF) and the car wouldn't perform as expected...

?

No i havent removed the dpf also when i chipped the 530d i noticed a bit more black smoke than i expected.
