E46 rims on E60?

I got a steal on some M5 replicas that came from a E46. Question is will they fit on the E60 without spacers or not? If I need spacers how will that make the ride quality. I don't want it to be poor or anything. Just want some opinions.

I talked to acuteperformance I will be buying the spacers from him

yes they do 
2 in the trunk and 2 in the back seat =] make sure to put them in big baggies or else its gonna get your entire car dirty
