I got this pics from a website, i hope u like it.

i guess this kind off setup is unusual. But the BMW from Brasil do not import the e60 with dvd.

Looks like they could do it because they do not have NAV. I noticed the smaller screen.

Here some questions:
- where is the m-ask ? the control unit?
- is there a front plate available for adding this radio ?

tks man... Yes, its a aftermarket unit, from kenwood(i guess!)


Nav. is almost useless here. And, belive in it or not, we are forbiden(by trafic departmant) to use DVD, TV, AND NAV.() while u 're driving. :thumbsdown:

...so they put the unit and removed the original cd player? how was the wiring? any complications? very interested... thanks!

i'm guessing he/she used the cubby hole since it doesn't have nav. seems like no need remove the cd player .

1. all cars comes with CD
2. the CD player and the M-ask are coming together
3. remove M-ASK=no PDC, no board computer, nothing in the BMW screen. The m-ask is the central of the car.
4 so; this means that they have to put "A" unit (m-ask) somewhere
