As subject says, do you know where can I find these wheels online?
I refuse to believe the better price I can have all over the world is EUR 1400 or so.
Usa, Europe or even China or so (maybe there are cheaper).
Or any other tyre for sizes:
19 275/30
19 245/35
Thanks!

Snow tires in these sizes are hard to find, and if you do they are expensive....in the US too. It was almost the same price for me to buy a complete 18" wheel package with tires vs. just 19" winter tires alone.

Yes, but I'd like to maintain intact the look.
The tyre vendor suggested me those Dunlop, but the cheaper choice (about ?1000) seems to be "Vredestein Wintrac xtreme".
I was asking you because in this globalized world... Maybe some members from Asia could help us, as many tyres are made there.

No 19" wheels are any winter tires dear AlexFW,
Get a set of 18" or even 17" wheels for your winter set up.
Best winter tires for you is a fresh set of ContiWinterContact TS 810's.
Look for a set here where you can find a winter set with 19"ers,
the Dunlops are not too bad.
But then you can search for teal winter tires also here.

But seriously - for 19" winter tires and for your needs, I can't really give you any advice.
Get BMW approved tires.
PS. We just got 35 cm's of snow in Helsinki City with temps around -2 and +2,
my Nokian's are great.

As you are Italian - Mozzarella- or Spaghetti-tires could do for you also.
