Any thoughts on which is better.
Unfortunately the Goodyear Asymmetrics are not available for 535i Sport rear tires on Tirerack.

275/35/18 rear

Thought about using another supplier because they are available in that size?

If the Sport Z1s are available in your sizes, that would be my pick. Very decently priced tire for the performance.

I just checked the pricing on the tirerack. The sport Z1s are about $400 cheaper than the PS2s and should offer greater performance. You should also consider the Advan Sports in this category.
