hey peeps i got a 2006 LHD 550i. With all the dual mass flywheel trouble, have anyone every converted these to single mass flywheel? I see people converting many bmw's and kits being sold online for other models. Im just wondering if its available for the 4.8L.

 

I dont think you will have a problem. My buddy did it in his old 540i and I did in my old G37. Best mod you can possibly do!

 

cant find a solid flywheel for the 550i...guess this havent been done yet

 

I turned mine in as a sample to spec last week. The rep said once it's done that it will be available for purchase from them.
