The material on the driver side window controls are peeling off and i wanted to replace that. i am looking for the part number and the instructions for a DIY..a pdf would help or if anyone else has done so.

I just had mine done under warranty. When I get home I will look at the invoice and get you the part number. As far as a DIY, I can't help you with that one.

I went through the same exact thing this morning. If you're looking for the cover over the window switches you are not going to find it. I e-mailed Gary from Newport and you have to replace the whole switch assembly which includes a new cover.

I just can't beleive how poor the paint is in this area.

Anyway...the part number (in Grey) for my 2007 is: "61316951911 LEFT SWITCH PAK"
