Can oem splitters be installed over a clear bra with double-sided tape? I do not want to glue or screw them into my brand new, freshly painted bumper just in case I remove them at some point. I just had a 3M clear bra put on and wasn't sure if the double-sided would damage the bra if the splitters had to come off.

I see no reason that 3M double-sided tape cannot be used to install splitters over the clear bra material EXCEPT ...
1. Now you're depending on the adhesion of the clear material to fasten the splitter (unless you also use an additional bonding agent (silicone glue).
2. Upon removal (if the tape bond is secure) it most likely damage some of the clear bra material.

Obviously, I don't intend on removing them but if they are damaged I would. I'm up in the air about ordering them although I do love the look, just wanted to know if anyone has experience doing this. That deal at Morristown BMW ends soon so I have to make a decision soon. By the way, where in South Jersey are you because I work in Mt Holly?
