Hello,
I want to replace my M rear bumper on my 530i (Model 2005) with a M5 rear bumper.
So I have to drive some weeks with the original 530i exhaust and the M5 bumper.
Does that fit or will I get problem with bumper and exhaust?

...I am sorry to be the one to rain on your parade, (LOL), but man: DO NOT DO IT, without proper modications first!!! Because it is not the same fit as our regular e60 rear bumper was, and It fits too close on our M5 bumper to the right side on your Left M5 exhaust outlet and sits almost against you bumper outlet, (Way too close for comfort) on your new BMW OEM M5 rear bumper, and possibly could burn it!!!
I know this first hand, because I have got the very same problem with my e60 530i. I just purchased a BMW e60 OEM M5 bumper last week, and at the shop is getting ready to cut and add some pipe so the muffler will be moved over by a BMW muffler professional! (They are some real talented BMW e60 members here at the forum who can do it, and do it right, BUT NOT ME!! LOL)
Hope this helps you, and Good luck!! (Be sure to post pics of it when your finished!!)
