Yes, it fits all E60's.

I?ve heard also that it does not fit, the polts and screws are on the differend places!?? if you know better then thanks!

If you order from quad_m (Tony), he provides all the hardware to mount it on your E60.

it'll fit if you replace the whole set...then, you'll have to get quads... :thumbsup:
