well...initially when i first installed the ACS lip i thought it looked smaller than OEM holes...but soon after the install i noticed that my rear brakes were fading and going much faster than the front...
i do some sprited driving at night when the streeets are empty and really push the brakes... so i believe its true,,,,
but that can also be because the rears dont get the same amount of cooling as the front im not sure but in know that my rear brakes are fading, and my front arent fading as fast....

The cut outs on the ACS lip do direct more air to the wheel wells. On a stock car, the black plastic fog light trim obstructs the passage way for the air, but it's still there nonetheless. So it probably does, but probably isn't a significant amount.

yes it dose cool down the brakes but only if you drive very fast and brake very hard.
If you see closely the channels go right to the brakes which are design better than the OEM 1`s.
If they don`t why do you have a hole to the front wheel?
so mice can live there
