http://www.upsolute.com/index.php?id...te&task=models
these guys advertise they can get the 550is horsepower up to 387 from 367 and torque to 520nm from 490nm.
http://www.dmsautomotive.com/models.asp?upid=1
and these guys advertise they can get the 550is hp from 367 to 405 HP JUST FROM A CHIP TUNE!! and the torque from 361 to 398 lb/ft.
Does anyone have any idea if these numbers are legit.

I've heard of both brands and they're very popular in Europe. Upsolute was relatively cheap when I first looked at them back in 2005 or so for my 545. That said, I don't recall reading about any independent tests of either tunes. There are some on here that have Upsolute and DMS software on their car so hopefully they'll chime in.

I doubt it...The tune I had only yielded about 7-10 hp at most....It is very hard to squeeze extra power out of a NA motor...The factory does a very good job tuning these vehicles....I would not waste the money on it because you will hardly feel the difference...If you had a FI car then it would be another story...A FI car with a tune should be able to pull around 50-100 hp no problem! For the money I spent on a tune, I wish I would have just saved it!
