Now that I see what it does to the car, I still feel the same way...they look sporty, nice lip, but still would get a three-piece version.

I diddnt know dinan produce their own set of wheels.its pretty nice though.
Lightweight wheels are stereotype for japanese wheels
IMHO,I would have to go with european rims for my 5er to maintain its class.just my 2 cents

Maybe you misunderstood lightweight to meaning weak and easy to bend? Lightweight in reference to wheels usually means they're not heavy, thereby reducing unsprung weight freeing up more horsepower. Yet they're still as strong if not stronger (forged lightweight wheels) than other wheels.
There are many European wheel manufactures that offer lightweight forged wheels. Just can't think of any off the top of my head.

Edit: Their weight is about 20 lbs. (excellent for 19's), but they are way too expensive given extant alternatives.

The dinan wheels are light and just a little heavier than my 18" ssr type c's. Don't get me wrong, they're forged but like others, I can't see spending about $5300 just for wheels that are silver and 1 piece. Personally, I think E60's look better with 3 piece 20" wheels and they'll be about the same price.
