Been thinking about trying Dinan's Stage 1 suspension, just wondered whether anyone has been able to drive an E60 with it installed and also whether anyone has an idea on the approximate total drive off cost including labor?

Thanks in advance!

Hey swajames. I don't have any experiences with the Dinan suspension parts but if you ever decide to get one, let me know and I'll check to see what my sales guy there can do. He gave me a great deal on my Dinan performance parts so there's a chance he can do it for you as well.

Thanks ECF - that would be fantastic- if you find a minute or two would you be able to put in a quick call to you contact and see if there is anything they can do? Possibly interested in the exhaust (and if they happen to have the remap ready for testing I might be interested in that too )
Cheers!

Dinan will be releasing another suspension kit by the end of the year using the JRZ shocks and struts. The diff between those and the current Koni's are that you can adjust compression and rebound where as the Koni's are only rebound adjustable. This makes a mouch more tuneable shock for Dinan to start with.
Just an FYI.

Thanks for the info JetBlack. Do you happen to know whether the Koni FSD shocks might also be usable in the Dinan setup? The FSD's look like a pretty good shock based on a few reports, riding better than the Sport but giving up little to nothing in performance. Any idea?
cheers

Swajames and tsilveracs, sorry but I guess my sales guy is unable to give any discounts on the newly released stuff. He said the most would be 5%. Sorry I was unable to give you better news.

thanks anyways, well today i became a Dinan whore too ECF, because i was able to get the CF strut bar for 499.00 instead of the new price of 599.00 because of a discrepancy of price on the dinan website. under the "whats new section the bar is still listed for 499.00 so they had to honor the price. So HURRY UP and buy now before the website is updated. also im on the list for Dinan Throttle body and rear CF strut.
