Decided on 172M wheels anyone had any problems?

My Ride: 2005 530i Individual, DVD Package, HUD, Bluetooth, Comfort Seats, SR, etc
Ok after going through 135M to Breyton Spirits 18" to 166M I finally decided to get the 172M wheels. I wanted to know ppl who installed them in their 530i's , was the fitment easy or any mods were needed? Also do i need to order separate sets of nuts and bolts or the stock will work ?
Finally what NON run flats tyres should i use ?
