Does anyone have the dealer cost to have the M-Sport Aero kit installed at the VPC?

Should only be an extra couple of days but earlier we have heard of like up to 2 weeks longer.

They're suppose to know whats comming and prep it before your car gets there... unless you have Ti Silver then I think they need to wait and match it with the car since thats the hardest color to match. Dont ask me why...

What's VPC?
It stands for "Vehicle Preparation Center". It is the center near the shipping port where cars are checked over right when they get off the cargo vessel. Then the cars are trucked to dealerships. My car is suppose to be there on 1/17 (2 days!) and my aerokit will be painted and installed there. I guess this only applies to custom-ordered a car (options-wise).

Ok so wait. Buying an Mtech kit and installing at VPC is cheaper and quicker than the traditional bmw dealership??

No, not cheaper. Maybe a bit quicker because the dealer told me that the VPC will prep an aerokit while the car is still being transported on the boat. It is suppose to take them only 1/2 day to install the aerokit once the car arrives at the VPC. So I think the time savings is in the painting of the aerokit parts.
