DASH WOOD TRIM ???

My Ride: 2004 530i SPORT PKG, HUD,IPOD INTRF, BLUETHOOTH NO MOODS
Does anyone know if you can fit a dash board cover with coin holder on a60 with navigation Im trying to get rid of the black plastic facing where the dsc is just above the ashtray, and replace it with the wood trim w coin holder but it seems if you have nav you can not have coin holder any takes?
