My Ride: Nov 2003 530D SE Auto in Mystic Blue with Grey Dakota Leather, Business Nav. Star Spoke 124 18"s, Blootooth Preperation.
Modifications so far: M5 spoiler, M5 trunk finisher, hometronic rear view mirror, Maple Wood interior trim.
Mods to come: M5 style quad exhaust and M5 rear bumper, Dechroming, black ebay grilles, tints, upgrade to factory amp, by the time I've done these, I'm sure I'll have thought of some more....
Although perhaps taking the e60 a pimp too far, I can't stop thinking about getting this technology somehow built into my 166m wheels. Has anyone seen this kind of stuff on the roads yet? I spend a lot of time on the road, and im pretty sure nothing like this is around the uk yet

I like some cars pimped, but never E60! put some LSD doors like 4 then neons reds, red angels come on guys, no offence not the style. This gadget-geek stuff is nice, but for 23" Giovanna and that you cannot fit on a BMW e60.

yeah, attention junkie though I am, I do concede that it's just too pimp for the e60.

I remember years ago that technology was used in CART on Cristiano daMatta's car when he drove for Newman-Haas. Usually it displayed a Toyota logo or some other simiar message.
Obviously the technology has progressed all the way to the ghetto now.
What frightens me most about this is the fact that you can program the messages/display "on the fly" while driving. Can you imagine someone in one of these SUVs with full DUBs using a PC while driving down the road talking on a cell phone, etc.?
Pretty scary...
