I want to get some chrome wheels for my 2008 528xi but i am not sure if i can fit 20's and how wide they have to be being that my car is xi. can anyone help with this? thanks..

Yes... 20's will fit on your car the 'xi' models for the 5 series have offsets similar to or same as the 3 Series, so check for 20's that fit on a 3 Series and you should be good to go.

Don't do chrome! Chrome wheels don't belong on a BMW, especially a 5 series! :thumbsdown:

If you really want to go the chrome route, a chrome lip looks better than a chrome center IMO, but personal preference always prevails...GL with you purchase decision

Yes 20's will fit and you can go as wide as 10" on the back. Please dont do chrome It really does not fit the styling of the car very well. But I guess we all have out own taste. I will sell you my wheels if you want. GL with your mod.

Gotta agree with the rest of the crowd, Chrome is a no no on the E60. I love the look of the 20" M6 style wheels on these cars, it really fills out the wheel well and looks stunning all mounted up.
