So I finally figured out what I'm doing with wheels.
Struggled with going with improper offsets and using spacers, but I'm not comfortable with placing spacers in the front. Rears are ok, but not the fronts.
Tires should be mounted before the weekend.
Not going to mention where I got them, but I'm quite happy with the quality and service I received.
No need to run spacers, I'm within OEM offsets. 19x8.5 fronts and 19x9.5 rears.

I run 15MM H&R spacers front and 10MM BBS hub adapter spacers on the rear so I can use the BBS LM wheels I bought for my M3 on my 545i. No issues and the car drives perfectly, smooth as silk. However my wheels plus spacers equal the OEM offsets, within a MM or two...
