im so sick of these paint threads,

it will totally vary on your location, the best thing to do is for someone whos a member here thats local to you to refer you to a shop

the second option is simply to go door to door and ask the different shops until you find one you can live with

If your sick of paint threads simply don't click the ones that have the word "paint" in their titles. Anyways my intention is to see how much people have previously paid for this paint job regardless of their location to get a general idea of the cost, paint is paint and although the cost will vary its not gonna vary to an extreme, but thanks for your input and sorry for upsetting you your highness

actually it does vary extremely

for instance, in WA to paint a bumper will run $1000

in CA it runs $250-$300

see the problem here?

you have to get with someone who is local that has had work done, thats the only way you are going to figure out how much you will probably spend, otherwise its just kinda mental masturbation

i would make a "HEY TX Members that have had paint work done!!!" thread, that would probably be the easiest

and how many times have i helped you when you pmed me? its not like I never help

It's crazy how much prices differ between locations. Socal seems to be the place to live if you love modifying cars! If these shops can still make money the shops in other regions must be raking in the dough! Makes me wonder if I should have become a painter instead of an IT consultant!

Getting mine painted for $150. Same guy that did my bumper and side skirts. Color match was perfect. But I'm in Ohio... so take that for whatever it's worth.
