Have anyone done this? Did u feel improvement? Im thinking about ordering one. How long does it take to install? Thanks!

did it for my 545 6-speed manual. it made all the difference in feel and accuracy when "controlling" the clutch engagement.
Before the CDV the clutch seemed to "take over" and slowly engage on its own schedule. After the CDV, you the driver are in charge--- the clutch does what your foot tells it to do.

Had it installed by my BMW shop, when they were doing some other routine maintenance, so it shouldn't take long.
Keep the old CDV as a momento.

Nice! Im thinking about DIY. I just need to figure out how to bleed the unit.

It's a must to do item.

I would only recommend doing a DIY if you have a pressure bleeder. I did mine this weekend. A mity-vac doesn't work very well. It is a night and day difference. It feels like a true driver's car now. Well, it doesn't hurt that I also did a short shifter at the same time.
