Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has put the clear material (used for the hood bra) on the front bumper as well. My dealership says they can and have special ones already cut to the shape of the front bumper in addition to the hood bra. Has anyone installed the clear on the entire front bumper from below hood to bottom of bumper? If so was it done with pre-cut clear material or was it a custom fit?

Yes they are cut to shape already. My installer has his own machine and layout to cut the shape himself.

My coverage is: Front of Hood, Entire Bumper, Side mirrors and Lights.

Pics of my 530 installation and more info on clear bra. I had the front/rear bumpers, whole hood, rocker panels, 4 custom splash guards, door cups, mirrors, headlights, fog lights, active cruise sensor, and door edges done.

Here are a couple of pictures at point blank range under the shop light. The bra is now 9 months old at 9,000 miles. So far, no fading, and not detectable from about eight to ten feet.

EBMCS03, your clear bra looks really good. Can't even see it on the first 4-5 pics. Only the last 2 taken from a different angle show a slight line. How much did you pay for your installation?

I got a pretty good deal on it for $460 total including the material and labor its suppose to be $530 but since I referred 3 other people to him who did it at the same time (*within 3 day period*) he gave me a huge discount.
