Cleaning inside of the headlight glass

Hi guys!
Is there any way to clean the inside of headlight glass?
To mention that i DO NOT want to open the headlight for that.
Maybe getting out the cornering light or the xenon lens through the back covers...
Just to put a stick with cotton for cleaning.
After some minor condensation, remained some traces inside the headlight glass and it bothers me.

My Ride: 2009 535D M Sport Carbon Black, 172s, Boot spoiler, Tinted Glass, Media pack, Visabilty Pack, Hifi Upgrade, Electric memory heated Seats, Heated steering Wheel, Sport auto Trans,
Has anybody done this my headlights have some water marks inside as well.

I don't see any other way of doing it but to open the headlights. maybe you can add the Oreon V2 in the process 
Just gotta make sure you know someone that really knows how to glue it back......
