CIC Retrofit Sirius Radio issue
Hi all,
I have one of those little issues that's annoying the hell out of me.
I have an 05 530 which I retrofitted the sirius module in the trunk and all was working fine on my CCC. My 6 month trial had ended and a few months after the trial ended I up retrofitted a CIC and I figured I'd get the sirus subscription back.. I got them to give me a free trial for 3 month so I figured why not.
Here's the issue on the sirius option on the CIC my stations only go from 2-25 but Sirius says to put it on channel 184 for setup. I can't go to channel 184 long story short is I got the subcription working but I still only have up to channel 25...
Does anyone have any ideas what could be the issue?
At 1st I thought since I had the module in the trunk and some CIC's come with it built in the unit that the system was somehow confused. Since I sourced my CIC from Latvia I don't think it has the satellite built into the CIC
Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
