Bought an AC panel button pack from BMW and changed the panel buttons to the LCI ones so they match with my LCI CCC.

I didn't realise there was a Button pack for the LCI AC as well. This must be a new addition because when I did my CIC only the pre-LCI button pack was available. What is the part number of this button pack? At the time I was lucky to find just the front panel of an LCI and I had to transplant the buttons from that to the pre-LCI.
Also did you have to modify the panel and the leds in any way to make the buttons click. I know I had massive issues with getting these to work, without any modifications the buttons wouldn't click or stick. I thought I was loosing my mind till I contacted BenAnd who had done this before and he too confirmed that he had to modify his panel as well. I opted for the easier option, I just opened up the holes behind the buttons a bit more, whereas BenAnd actually moved the SMD LEDs on the board!
My ac panel also looks like BenAnd's https://5series.net/forums/topic/91175-can-not-be-done/ (notice the two Max buttons!)
Blood in the photos above, which was the original and what have you swapped out. My old pre-LCI didn't have the button knobs as well, so I had to take those from the LCI panel and swap out just the inside buttons. Because those knobs match the CIC controller and the CIC knobs.

I find this quite intriguing. In my LCI panel the buttons to the Right were Snow Flake, Max and Circulation. But you seem to have the correct Snow Flake, Auto and Circulation combination from an LCI button pack.
Also your pre-LCI panel had an Auto button in the centre knob, where-as my pre-LCI panel had the OFF button in the centre and because the LCI panel doesn't actually have an OFF button (because off is now done using the centre knob itself) but yet you seem to have found an OFF button too in the LCI button pack.
Just shows that there were probably more than one LCI panel configurations.
Also the fact that you had to make absolutely no modifications to the buttons themselves or the LED PCB indicates to me that things have moved around a bit.
What happens when you press the button on the centre knob? Does the AC go OFF, like the pre-LCI or does it change Auto profiles (intensive, medium, low), like the LCI?
How much were those buttons? Hey I also see that you are still stuck with that stupid F instead of C scales. You want a C scale? You can have my old LCI panel from which the buttons were removed.

Do you know how to change the off button in the middle??? Mine has been cracked for 2 years from a shop and I would LOVE to find a way to change it.
