Change to standard mtech rear springs

I have a retrofitted mtech body kit and 172 19" wheels. The car looks too high in the ass. I note the factory msport vehicles sit lower. Can I just use the genuine rear mtech springs on my 525i? Anyone got a standard set of m sport rear springs to sell if so????
