Just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about the clutch delay valve?
Check out this link:

I want to know if anyone has used this? Did it really make a difference?

The CDV is something people remove, not add. I've never personally driven a car that had it removed but many people do say they prefer the way the car shifts when the valve is removed.
Hopefully you'll get some feedback from people who've done the mod but until then, here's a little more info:

Bavarian Autosport now sells them. Look under "Performance" and you'll find them for your car.
Rudy, do you know anywhere in Pittsburgh were I can rent some lift time? I want to do it myself, but need a lift.

You might want to consider letting an independent BMW specialist like Bill Ballon Automotive install the part for you. I have to believe that it wouldn't take too long so it shouldn't cost too much. Also, it's possible that you'd be able to hang out and watch them do it. At the very least, you can call him and see what he says. It's likely that he's removed CDV's before so he should be able to at least give you an estimate. (By the way, don't be surprised if he yells at you or uses some profanity when you talk to him -- that's just Bill...)
