I need some help with understanding the parts I need to install the Professional CCC Navigation into my 05 BMW 530i. I currently do not have Navigation. My Bimmer has the shark fin antenna and I have the SOS (emergency call) button. I assume that the antenna is GPS ready since I have the SOS feature, however, I do have the correct antenna if not. If I do not have the correct antenna, can I install a GPS antenna under dash? I read a post where someone did this and it worked fine. I do not want to remove the shark fin to do this, since it is glued to roof. If I put the antenna under dash, what cable will I need to interface antenna to Nav unit?

hi if i was you i would have a look at the cic nav upgrade,it sounds a better job.
there is a member on here that can do a retrofit kit. his name is patrys,he will sort you out.
