Anyone here has installed a carbon fiber overlay like this one to transform their Mtech diffuser?

Yep, I did mine the other week and installed it a few days ago. I used the 3M Di-noc and will wrap my front lip spoiler this weekend. You can see pic in one of my recent mod posts but the photo is not up close so it initially might look to be black paint. I'll take a closer pic today and post it.

Here you go. This one is clearly a PITA! A couple recomendations, a new blade on the xactor knife, extra person to help with the heat gun and no more than ONE beer! I'm out of town this weekend so brought it with me and played with this thing in the hotel. A second person would have been a huge help.Carbon FIber rear diffuser-lip-1.jpgCarbon FIber rear diffuser-lip2.jpgCarbon FIber rear diffuser-lip3.jpgCarbon FIber rear diffuser-lip4.jpgCarbon FIber rear diffuser-lip5.jpg

Nice, you can see, but just not too well. I am going to use a flash next time to see if it will be more visible. Without it, mine too kinda washes out and just looks like a black diffuser.
