WOW about 3- 4 complaints!! looks like the seller is going to get negative feedbacks, he should have the courtesy to at least let the buyers know whats going on...smh

i sent them another message informing them about the forum and how there are several e60 guys who have bought their item and are very disappointed at the moment with their company. If anyone hears anything post up.

Doing a little digging and went to google maps and plugged in the address (10928 Weaver Ave, South El Monte, Los Angeles, California 91733, United States) and got a street

view of the place (This is a cool feature check it out!!)....it looks like an apt building to me but i can be mistaken. It may not be accurate but you get a 360 view of the

whole street like you were actually standing there Anyone out there in Cali familiar with this area? Just wondering if we are getting scammed or not.

Also judging by the feedbacks this is not uncommon as other sellers have gone through the same thing, some were happy and others not so happy and got stuck with worthless merchandise they can't use. Looks like its a 50/50 crap shoot with this guy!!

Guys, you should start the request via Paypal to get your money back. He has to reply to paypal about the shipping.
Start the process now so you do not get burned later as he milks you out to 45 days or so.

Two weeks and no tracking number is definitely unacceptable, heck even 5 days.
Get it done, or you are going to find out you are getting scammed. Just looking at his feedback I would have never purchased from this guy.

From Paypal site:

Step 1 - Identify issue

Most disputes are the result of simple misunderstandings. It?s best to initiate communication with the seller as soon as you recognize a potential problem.

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 45 calendar days of payment. By opening a dispute, you are able to communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you and your seller are unable to agree on a solution, you must escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim within 20 calendar days of the date the dispute was opened. By escalating to a claim, you would be asking PayPal to review the case and decide the outcome.

So stop with your emails to him, use Paypal to communicate with him, open the dispute!

If all of you do it as well, Paypal will see a trend, which will make it easier to get your money back as well.
