i personally like the carbon fiber wrap myself. i did it on my interior, took a few hours but it looks a lot better. make sure you use the heavy-duty 3m spray adhesive, and pull has hard as you can when you're wrapping...otherwise you'll get waves on your trim whenever you wipe/shine the interior.
it'd be good to spray the backside of the fabric, AND the trim itself; let the glue dry a little on the trim before you wrap it...this way the fabric will bond better.
