Nice! Did you have to remove the whole door panel to remove the trim? What does that exactly call for?

We pretty much took his whole car apart except for his seats. Its required to take it apart the pillars. Its so annoying. Damn door poppers. =(

But if you have any questions, let me know. its just like taking the door off for M5 mirrors. The back has two phillips head screws and the rest are door poppers.

I can take apart the interior in less than 5 minutes! =)

Now you know why my hands hurt from installing the mirrors. Those poppers are tough to pop for the 1st time, but it gets easier after that.

nice work, I'm just getting ready to tackle this project myself. I got my fabric from Paul at euro-spec, but haven't gotten around to doing it yet. Akalius asked the same question I was going to about the door panels, I figured you would have to remove them.

My Ride: I have an 05 545i. It's a manual with a few options. This is my first BMW but I don't know how I'll ever be able to switch to something else.

Looks good, now post up some more pics in the daytime! I need a reason to rip apart my interior
