I've seen few E60s with the carbon fiber hoods here on the forums. They've looked good.
Has anyone heard of Eurolineas? That's the manufacturer of this hood.
I'm not going (maybe just dreaming) for this, just bumped into it while browsing shops.
Can you paint the carbon fiber pieces? Maybe the half of idea getting carbon fiber goes with painting, but I was thrilled about those vents and that bump on the hood. What is it called in English? I know what is it for, so with the E60 it would be just for the looks though .

I'm not familiar with that brand but if you are looking for a high quality CF hood replacement, I would look into the Vorsteiner VRS Vented Race Hood for the E60. We are running a special on this hood only through the month of December and all Vorsteiner products are produced from dry vacuum form construction to ensure optimal fit, finish and quality. They are guaranteed to install like a factory hood and are resistant against yellowing or fade over time. You can also paint all or part of the hood if you prefer to have it match the body.
Here is a link and picture for more info, feel free to contact me for complete pricing information. We can also ship internationally no problem

I was looking into this hood.
With shipping it's about 3k from Vors. there are no "Pans" for under the vents if it's raining.
How can this be overcome?
It does rain here in Minnesota.
I would go in on a group buy if we can get a good discount.
