Car wrap
I'm interested in wrapping my car in a few months, just wondering how much that goes for. I understand there's a lot of factors but just want a ball park. Any help would be appreciated
|
Entire cars are usually in the range of $2000-$3500. More or less depending on brand of wrap used (3M, Oracal, Hexis, etc) and installer.
A good, thorough wrap essentially requires taking off all the trim and bumpers off the car and putting it back together. Roof wraps alone are usually $140-$200 |
Cool bro thanks for the help that's about what I was thinking, now I gotta figure out if I want to wrap or just repaint

I plasti dipped the roof of my wrangler with cans, the guys that do it with the sprayer do great jobs, i got a price of $500 for matte black
|
Ive also wanted to wrap my car. A local shop quoted me $1800 for mine. I thought it was expensive but i guess thats a good deal compared to 3grand!
I dont know about plasti dip. Ive done it to logos but i dont know about the whole car. Dont you all think it leave too much if a texture? |
Plasti-dipping a whole car looks like crap. I know I'm biased but I've seen it countless times here in SoCal on little Hondas and the like.
Price ranges are pretty accurate but a whole 5 series for $1,800 here in SoCal is kinda low....unless you're going to some guys garage/back yard ;) Hit me up if you have questions, whether you come to me or not I can give you some info and the reputable shops in LA to consider. |
