My Ride: 2006 523i steptronic (delivered 22nd Sept. 2005) solid black, amethyst dakota leather, styling 124 18" PS2
Can someone tell me where is the best and largest shop for car accessories in Singapore?

There are quite a few. It all depends on whether you're looking for BMW accessories or general car accessories.
I'd hazard a guess that Stamford Tyres has got quite a few branches selling loads of accessories; their main shop is located at Lokyang. As for BMW related accessories, you can always grab a brochure at PML. There are others, but it all depends on what you have in mind.
Try surfing http://www.bmw-sg.com and you will find some BMW related stuff being either advertised or discussed there.
P.S. Autoacc along Paya Lebar Rd is also another big accessory shop
