I've got the OEM mtech and Im happy with it.

The M5 style however looks much beefier, which I really like. I think they both have certain characteristics that make them unique in their own way. I may be totally off, but i've seen a 3rd bumper that looked like it was right in the middle of both. Like it was confused what it was (LOL). It was definitely an aftermarket bumper and resembled features of the M5t style but didn't have the aggressive roundness that the ones Trinity carries. It was more flat faced like the Mtech. As far as the comment made above stating that it is much easier finding a front lip for the M5 style I don't agree.

Hamann lips are pretty common, but I do agree that the Hartage ones are hard to come by for the mtech. I really think the Hartage lip looks really nice on the M5 bumper, but on the mtech it looks like crap.

I say go with Replica M5 bumper Trinity has. Fitment issues should not be an issue and if there is one I'm sure they'll take care of you

m5 rep has no air ducts. you mentioned it in your initial post, if it is a concern to you, then oem m-tech ftw.

Trinity doesn't carry lips for OEM M-tech.

Further, M5tech front looks more aggressive.

Good luck balbs - hope you were able to fix your DPE wheels from the scuffs.
totally agree with jason 100%

Dude your OEM Mtech setup is awesome, I'm surprised you vote for the M5tech rep.

Don't remind me about my wheels. I've been avoiding going to the passenger side for fear of seeing the scar. I've contacted onsitewheels and waiting for an appointment to be setup.

Anyone know if the OEM grills and brake ducts from a M5 will work on the Tinity M5 Style Bumper?

Voted for OEM Mtech. More options on splitters.

Not to mention. The gap on the Hamann splitters for the M5tech is bigger than the OEM Mtech.

I voted for OEM M-Tech even though I don't like it. If you want the M5 look, save up and get an OEM M5 front bumper instead of the replica. I think there are some used ones on ebay if you do a search.

Ha ha...Just showed my 5 year old comparing the bumpers. He says the Mtech looks like Lightning McQueen and the M5 like it's evil brother...

My kids play a part in some of my hard life decisions like wheels, mods, etc...
