Can you fit a 10-15mm spacer over a hubring with aftermarket wheels?

Can anyone verify if a wheel spacer can fit over a hub rings with no problem?

I have 19" aftermarket wheels with hub rings to fit my car,I am thinking about adding 10-15mm spacer to the rear, would I encounter any problem with the hubring in my wheels?

thaks..
Alan

Well shouldn't you remove the hubring, then put on the spacer..then install the hubring on the spacer?
