Can one use rims off of an E46 M3 on our E60s?

I apologize if this is a repost; I had a heck of a time trying to use the search engine on this topic.
I am wondering if it is OK to use aftermarket wheels off of an E46 M3 on my 2008 535i. In theory I should be able to get by using spacers up front, I wanted to verify this before making the commitment to buy the wheels from the seller.
The specs on the wheels are as follows:
19*8.5 et 35
19*10 et 27
BTW: They are HRE wheels.
If anyone has done this setup in the past, i would really appreciate their feedback.
Thanks in advance.

[You could if you used big spacers. The offset range you would want on an e60 to look nice would be Fronts 15-25 and Rears 15-32 (32 is the stock I believe on your car for the rear 18s. However if you are taking time to change wheels then making them more flush with the fender wall is a must. I would shoot for 15-20 front and 15-22 rear.
