No because the front M5 bumper and fender are wider than non-M5.

then you would need wider wheels to fill the wheel well...and I am not sure about the track, whether the M5 track is different than the non M car and what affect that would have on what you would have to do. You would need new exhaust sytem to fill the rear hole for quad exhaust. With all those changes you might as well get the M5.
