I think they look great, but something does seem missing. The wheels look better in all the pictures where the tires look darker. Maybe some tireshine? haha. I too am getting tired of the black lips, so its cool that you did something different. Maybe a bronze caliper paint job would set them off?
That's what I thought. Tried PhotoShop to make the tires darker to see if they look better. Yea. The sample piece was dark. But a matte finish and on paper. Bit disappointed it came out brighter than I thought.
Still not really feeling it. Everyone is right tho. It does seem like something is missing. Either the stretch on the rears are too much or the 15mm spacers push it out a tad bit more than I would prefer. They look smaller than your Donz wheels too
. The matte centers look more like a charcoal grey matte rather than a straight black matte.. Although its been done already, I personally think the gloss black would look much better. The black 166's are still clean as F8ck tho.
