too late for any second thoughts now...anyway thanks for all the advice and replies...i went straight to a local shop here and done installation...unfortunately, only the fronts are in stock, had to put an order for the rears, it'll arrive later...here are some pictures of the brembo gt 380's on my ride...i'm a happy man...thanks a lot freedom for convincing me on the install...

My Ride: MY2005 E60 525i M Sports
i'll do a review on the brakes later...so far, after a couple of hours with it, it feels totally different on the braking compared to the oem's, especially when doing high speed 'last minute' braking...like it a lot on the aggresive looks too ...just can't wait to install the rears...

My Ride: Fully loaded Dinan Tuned E60 545i Sports Sedan, featuring Dinan high flow intake system, Dinan free flow exhaust, Dinan high flow throttle body, Dinan Stage 3 Performance Engine Management Software, Dinan camber plates, Dinan carbon fiber strut tower brace, Dinan 19" lightweight forged wheelset, Dinan/Brembo GT big brake system, Dinan Polished Aluminum Pedal Kit, BMW "M" footrest, Bridgestone Potenza RE050A RFT's, OEM rear deck spoiler, OEM sun/wind deflector, OEM illuminated BMW door sills, debadged (official "Dinan 5 badging"/emblem earned).

...just can't wait to install the rears... Welcome to the BBK club!! Very nicely done for sure. Something about those huge brembo calipers poking through your very fine wheelsets. VERY SWEET and just screams performance!!!!

just received a call from the workshop...i have to wait for another 3-4 weeks due to the lack of stock on the rears :thumbsdown: ....oh man...

: M5 front brakes are a good upgrade, (on the 545i) you can make 4-5 laps at Monza Circuit (the fastest in F1 championship) but after those 4-5 laps you have to slow down for 1 lap at least . With brembos, instead, I think you can continue to break for a whole week!

kidding aside, they're definitely very reassuring to have behind the wheel. the overall pedal feel is truly sublime & amazing at any speed. BEST REGARDS
