My Ride: 2005 545i Sport, Premium, Logic 7, Jet Black, Black Leather, M-Aero Kit, 15% (very dark) Tint, Eichbach Lowering Springs, Red Brake Calipers, Radenergie R-10's, Michelin PilotSport2 in 245/35/20 and 285/30/20, Rolled Fenders, and a nifty Graco Baby Car Seat.
Next Up: Xenon fogs, Eisemann Exhaust, iPod Interface, Comfort Seats.
If you are running a wide tire in front, and are getting rubbing on the front of the plastic liner when you turn, you can create a bracket to pull the liner in about an inch, giving you plenty of room. Essentially, with some wide or tall tires, you will scrub the front inside part of the plastic wheel well liner (not the fender).
Carefully drill 2 small holes in the plastic liner, and loop a plastic tie through and cinch it to the metal frame behind the liner. When you cinch it you will be basically pulling the liner in a bit, which will create an extra inch of space for your wheel to turn with no scrubbing. This would happen, for example, when turning left you'd hear the scrubbing on your left front liner. The process involves removing the front lower plastic pieces, but is relatively easy. I wish I had pics of the whole process, but here's the final result.

That little plastic bracket is pulling the entire liner in an inch at the place where it needs to be pulled it to prevent the scrubbing. In the pics you will notice the srubbing marks on the liner- so the bracket pulls the liner in/back just enough to create clearance for the tire in turns.
