Snagged an LCI CCC of ebay a couple of days ago and this is the result. Unfortunately the controller is not working as I kept my old pre-LCI one, I need to figure out the functions that enable it, and before any ask why did I not do the CIC retrofit, the simple answer is I can not afford it , This module cost me £450 and thats enough.

I guess the CIC idrive knob should work on the LCI CCC. I have one that has not yet been sold although there was interest and it could be the weather that is stopping the sale.

Actually thinking about this a bit more. If people can get the pre-LCI idrive to work on the CIC it must definately possible to get this working. I know the pre-LCI controller doesn't work with the CIC until 'something' is set/programmed.

My pre-lci controller worked with my CIC before it was programmed for my car. I did have the latest software on the car.

@Blood

I know a couple of guys that had the CIC retrofit had your same problem, you might wanna contact Patryk to code it for you.

I can do coding myself, I just need to find out what needs coding. Patryk will not give any information.

Fixed it, had to re-program the most/gateway and it works now, still got that damn bloody haptic feedback though .
